An immigration psychological evaluation is a clinical assessment used as supporting evidence in certain immigration cases. It documents the psychological impact of trauma, hardship, or family separation in a way that meets the standards immigration courts and USCIS expect.
Unlike a standard therapy intake, this evaluation involves structured clinical interviews, a review of relevant history, and a formal written report — conducted with the same compassion we bring to therapy, but built to hold up as legal evidence.
