What We Offer

Services & Clinical Supervision

Comprehensive, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families — plus supervision and mentorship for the next generation of bilingual clinicians.

Individual Counseling

Support for Every Stage of Life

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, a major life transition, or simply feel like something needs to shift, individual counseling offers a consistent, confidential space to work through it — in English or Español.

We work with adults and adolescents, tailoring our approach to your specific goals: some clients want structured, skills-based support; others need room to process trauma or identity questions at a slower pace.
Sessions may draw on Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, or traditional talk therapy, depending on what fits your needs.
Couples & Marriage Therapy

Rebuilding Trust and Connection

Every relationship goes through seasons of disconnection, conflict, or hurt. Couples and marriage therapy gives both partners a structured, supported space to be heard — and to actually change how you communicate, not just talk about it.
We work with couples navigating trust repair after betrayal, chronic conflict patterns, life-transition stress (a new baby, a move, a diagnosis), and cultural or generational differences within the relationship.
Our bilingual, bicultural approach means neither partner has to translate their emotional experience into a language or framework that isn’t fully their own. We draw on the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples build the friendship, trust, and secure emotional connection strong relationships are built on.
Family Systems Therapy

Healing the Whole Family

Family therapy treats the family unit — not just one “identified” struggling member — as the client. That means looking at communication patterns, roles, generational dynamics, and cultural context together.
We frequently support multicultural and immigrant families navigating tension between generations, parenting disagreements shaped by differing cultural expectations, and the ripple effects of major transitions like immigration itself.
Sessions are collaborative and paced to the family’s comfort, with sensitivity to the fact that not every member may be equally ready to participate at first.

Telehealth Services

Flexible Sessions, Wherever You Are.

Telehealth therapy provides a convenient, accessible way to receive professional mental health support wherever you are. Designed to eliminate the barriers of travel time, busy schedules, or geographic distance, our appointments allow you to receive care through secure video sessions or straightforward phone calls.

Connecting over the phone or online allows you to remain in an environment where you feel most comfortable, open, and relaxed. Whether you are navigating daily stresses, working through personal trauma, or managing life transitions, virtual options give you the freedom to focus on your healing without interrupting your day.

Please note: telehealth counseling is a form of psychotherapy and support, not medical care (atención médica). If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

Trauma & Somatic Healing
